We do take complaints seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery,or the services we offer, please ask to speak to the Practice Manager, Andy Potter. We have a Complaints Procedure in accordance with NHS guidelines and every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible. What if my complaint is about another part of the NHS? All other local services are commissioned by the Northern, Eastern and Western (NEW) Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). This includes: community services, accident and emergency, mental health services, hospital care and children’s healthcare. Issues can be raised direct with the service manager or the PALS & Complaints team at the organisation providing the service. The PALS service at NEW Devon CCG can also help you find the right person to complain to at local health care providers, such as hospitals.
