Our reception staff will ask you for some information in order to help resolve your query or direct you to the most appropriate service.
Should you need to speak to a doctor, our staff will ask for some information to help triage the call. Your doctor will ring you back when they are able to, usually after morning or afternoon surgery.
If your doctor is not available, they will be messaged to phone you when they are next in the practice.
